EXCHANGE PROCESS
Bought your ONÇA Sunglasses and want to exchange? We exchange these products for you.
The product cannot show evidence of use or modification by the customer.
To start an exchange or refund, follow these steps:

You are responsible for all shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return all items to us using the label provided.
• WE DO NOT EXCHANGE GIFTS (Black Friday)• in promotions that include a free gift, if the customer does not choose the free gift, it will be sent randomly.
As soon as the order arrives at our office, if you choose to exchange it, a coupon will be sent to your email to complete the purchase.
If you choose to return, within 30 business days, we will refund your payment through the same payment method used:
Credit card
If you paid for your Sunglasses by credit card, the reversal may occur within 30 days of the request date, after confirmation of the return to Onça.
PIX:
If you paid for your purchase using twint, Picpay PayPal, the amount reversed will be initially sent to your account informed via WhatsApp under number +41775078841.
About packaging, you can use the packaging we send you or another packaging of your choice.
